You can cancel your G Plus account any time, but that doesn't mean you'll get a refund. Per the G Plus terms of service, the service will be active until the end of the billing period during which you cancelled. No refunds can be issued for unused service.
Payments
For membership payments for those whose payments get stuck due to some technical problems or bank server issues and if the payments get stuck then depending upon the respective banks working day time the payments will be returned to the specific users bank account and if the payments gets processed to G Plus the customer will be able to avail the offer.

Monthly Subscription
You only stop upcoming subscription costs when you cancel a membership with a monthly or four-week cycle. You can let us know that you want to cancel at any time, but it won't take effect until the end of the current billing cycle.
Any cancellations take effect with the next billing cycle. Refunds for the current billing cycle won't be given. For the balance of the current billing term, you will continue to have access to and receive the advantages of your package.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to grant refunds or credits. We are not obligated to give the same or a comparable refund in the future even if we issue a refund or credit.
Annual Subscription
Until the conclusion of your current billing cycle, the cancellation will not take effect. You won't get a refund, and your subscription will last until the end of the current billing cycle.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to grant refunds or credits. We are not obligated to provide a similar or identical refund in the future even if we provide a refund or credit.
Refund requests are only accepted for the following reasons:
1. If the customer's account is debited for the payments but the service is not yet underway, the money doesn't return after 6-7 bank working days, and if the money is then credited to the customer's G Plus account, that amount will be used to process the membership plan for the client.
2. No service provided by the due date (The customer may request a refund only if they email the provider before the solution is delivered to inform them that they no longer have the necessary resources).
3. The consumer who has a problem with their purchase must send an email with appropriate documentation of the poor service or the worst application service issues before requesting a refund.
